Our Raw Milk is milked fresh from Guernsey and Jersey Cows on our Amish farms. The cows are not given any antibiotics, hormones, vaccines or any other substances & they graze on wild, pesticide-free REAL grass. We ship the freshest milk possible and if necessary, we lightly freeze to help preserve it during shipping. We ship immediately after milking. Our other dairy products are crafted inhouse using only our Raw Dairy and without the use of preservatives like potassium or sodium sorbate, or propionates. Our milk is A2 non-skimmed.
