We deliver via FedEx. Unfortunately, for this reason we do not ship to PO Boxes or APOs. We do not require signature upon delivery, but due to the nature of our product we suggest someone should be present at address to receive the delivery upon arrival. 

Joseph's Raw Dairy Farm is not responsible for orders lost once we have delivered to the correct address or for spoilage associated with shipping.   

Prices for shipping will depend on the total weight of your order, on whether its shipped Next Day or 2 Day Air. It will automatically be calculated at the checkout cart before completing the transaction. 

We ask you plan ahead and order in advance. All shipping orders will be processed the next business day. Time of shipping depends on the arrival date schedule (below), your order should be delivered within 3 to 5 days from order date. Any questions feel free to call us at 954-541-4062. 

Arrival Date Schedule: Delivery arrival days are from Tuesday to Friday. We do not ship for arrival on Saturday, Sunday, Monday. 

All of our breads can be frozen for a duration of up to 3 months. We suggest you refrigerate our milk immediately upon receipt and freeze within 2 days of arrival. To thaw them take them out of freezer & place in fridge overnight. 

Cancellation for shipping orders need to be received within 24 hours from the time you placed the order. A written email needs to be sent to rmasel@earthlink.net. Please include your order number in the email. 

Joseph's Raw Dairy Farm is not responsible for orders that were not received due to incorrect addresses, or for shipping delays resulting from inclement weather or any situation imposed by FedEx. 

You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed.

We do not ship to HI, AK, Puerto Rico, and US Virgin Islands.
